Materials You Will Need:
5-6 natural objects: sea shell, leaf, acorn, rock, pine cone, etc.
What To Do:
This fun memory game will be fun for your child! Place the listed items on a tray, then cover them with a towel. Invite your child to play the game, then lift the towel to show your child the objects. Give your child about 30 seconds to memorize the objects, then cover them up again. See how many of the objects your child can recall as you write them down. Check to see how many your child was able to remember, then discuss what the objects are, where they came from, etc.
Variations:
If this is challenging for your child, begin with only 3 objects.
For more challenge, add more objects.
